Anxiety that looks like competence
You meet every deadline and lie awake replaying the day. We work on what's driving the vigilance, not just how to manage it better.

Most people arrive able to explain their problem clearly and still stuck inside it. Insight is not the missing piece. What usually helps is having somewhere to feel the thing you've been managing around, with someone who doesn't flinch and doesn't rush you.
Sessions are conversational. I ask questions, I say what I notice, and I will tell you when I think something matters. You set the pace, and nothing about the work requires you to fall apart to prove it's serious.

I keep a few consult slots open each week. If none of them work for your schedule, say so and we'll find another time.
